Job summary

The Acosta Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive CPG product sales and merchandising across an assigned San Antonio territory. You will build relationships with store personnel and clients, execute in-store promotions, and expand product distribution while meeting sales targets.

This full-time field role requires reliable transportation, comfort with a smart device, and the ability to travel to multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
