Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and brand presence in an assigned territory, engaging customers and performing merchandising activities with a field-based focus.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, expanding product distribution, and maintaining promotional displays, while delivering a positive customer experience in a daytime, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, CPG industry, retail or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be comfortable traveling to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Report sales results and store observations to management.
