DMC Recruitment is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own the CT and South MA territory, balancing account management with new business development. You’ll work with millwork, cabinetry, and woodworking customers to expand share and uncover opportunities.

The role emphasizes deep market presence, building credibility, and a proactive sales approach, with overnight travel roughly every six weeks and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into the woodworking/fabrication community preferred.
• Ability to open doors, build credibility and grow a pipeline.
• Strong in managing established accounts while pursuing new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop CT and South MA territory.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional products and opportunities.
• Prospect and develop new millwork, cabinetry, fabrication and woodworking customers.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of future sales opportunities.
• Understand customer applications and product needs to be a trusted resource.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure product availability and service excellence.
• Take ownership of territory growth and results.
