Job summary

Two's Company, a family-owned wholesale leader in home décor, fashion accessories, and gifts, seeks a Territory Manager for CT and Western Massachusetts. This field-based role requires regular in-person retailer visits, travel, and trade-show presence to expand market share.

You will nurture retailer partnerships, drive sales, and implement merchandising strategies while leveraging CRM, Excel, and other tools. A results-driven, professional presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in Gift, Home, or Apparel.
• Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas both in-person and virtual.
• proficient computer skills including Excel, video conferencing, and a CRM system.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with independent retailers such as gift shops and fashion boutiques.
• Manage and expand an existing customer base.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Present Two’s Company latest lines through in-person visits and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with store owners and buyers on merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional, customer-centric experience at every meeting.
• Stay ahead of market trends in home décor, gift, and fashion industries.
• Use technology to manage, analyze and organize the business.
