Job summary

Two’s Company is seeking a Territory Manager to represent our gift, home, and fashion lines with independent retailers across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. The role requires daily in-person visits, relationship building, and ongoing account management to grow market share.

You will attend major trade shows annually and collaborate with retailers on merchandising while maintaining excellent CRM and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Territory Manager or sales rep in gift, home, or apparel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent computer skills: Excel, video conferencing, CRM.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and attend major trade shows (Dallas/Atlanta) twice yearly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to independent retailers daily, Monday through Friday, to show and sell products.
• Build and grow relationships with gift shops and fashion boutiques.
• Manage and expand an existing customer base; prospect new business.
• Present latest lines through in-person visits and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with store owners on merchandising and marketing strategies.
• Deliver a customer-centric experience; make meetings memorable.
• Stay ahead of trends in home décor, gift, and fashion markets.
• Use technology to manage and analyze the business.
