Central Stone Company is seeking a Sales Representative based out of Hannibal, MO, covering Western Missouri and Eastern Illinois. The role includes a salaried position with a company vehicle and cell phone, plus a strong benefits and compensation package.

You will evaluate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and sell construction aggregates while coordinating with plant superintendents and service teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction aggregates a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting relationships with customers and industry contacts.
• Handle customer inquiries timely and professionally, offering well-thought-out solutions.
• Sell construction aggregate products and ensure satisfaction after the sale.
• Work with plant superintendents and customer service to oversee plant customer service matters.
