Qualifications

• 2+ years direct customer service experience, preferably in territory sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, knowledge of tools/equipment is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new accounts and manage existing customer relationships.
• Provide consultative product recommendations and demonstrations at customer sites.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
• Maintain company vehicle and participate in store events while upholding safety standards.
