Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Florida, offering immersive training and mentorship. You will engage with business owners to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from consultations to group presentations.

No prior sales experience is required as we mold the right candidate, with a focus on autonomy and growth within your territory. You’ll use Salesforce CRM, schedule meetings, visit local businesses, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quick connections.
• Passion for helping others and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and report them to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress at day end.
