Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth, expand markets, and drive go-to-market strategies with distribution partners in the assigned territory.

You will develop regional sales plans, build strategic relationships with key accounts, and coordinate with marketing, credit, and product management to execute programs and maximize market share. The role involves field-based selling, travel to multiple locations, and leading initiatives for new product launches

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years related experience in sales.
• Effective negotiation skills with the ability to understand the complex sales process.
• Analytical ability to understand key business metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of sales, best practices, business processes, project management, and commercial systems.
• Excellent sales, interpersonal, management, motivation and analytical skills.
• Proven competitive analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences including top management.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Self- motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Willing to visit multiple locations daily.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements within a matrix organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP.

• Manages communications with customers and dealers for installations and service.
