Job summary

bidadoo is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in Wisconsin, ideally based in Milwaukee. You will manage existing accounts, acquire new customers, and act as a trusted advisor for equipment buyers and sellers across auction, remarketing, and eCommerce services.

Expect travel up to 60% and a home-office setup to cover your territory. You should bring 3+ years of outside sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with equipment markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven outside/field sales experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong business presentation skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Experience in equipment sales, rental or related valuation/auctions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow and manage the Wisconsin territory.
• Build knowledge of new and used equipment across construction, rental and related sectors.
• Establish relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Generate leads for auctions, marketplace, and other sales channels.
• Consult with customers on valuation and sales estimates of machinery.
• Drive revenue through auctions, remarketing and consignment services.
• Deliver compelling proposals and presentations showing business value.
• Manage customer transactions from start to finish and build repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer experience aligned with bidadoo values.
