Job summary

bidadoo, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager, ideally based in Birmingham, AL, to grow and manage the Mississippi and Alabama territories.

You will source new opportunities, manage accounts, and act as a trusted advisor for clients looking to buy or sell equipment through bidadoo’s platform and services. You will work with a range of used construction and industrial equipment across auctions and marketplace channels, building long-term relationships and delivering value through propositions

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of proven outside/field sales experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong business presentation skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Background in new/used equipment sales, rentals, or auctions is helpful.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and sales is desired.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic plan to grow your Alabama/Mississippi territory.
• Develop knowledge of construction and related equipment products.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Generate leads for weekly auctions, marketplace, and other channels.
• Consult with customers on valuation and sales estimates.
• Drive revenue through auction, remarketing, and consignment services.
• Deliver compelling proposals showing business value to customers.
• Document activities using CRM and communicate with stakeholders.
• Own the customer journey from initial contact to repeat business.
• Provide a superior customer experience aligned with bidadoo values.
