DSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Victoria, Texas area. You will lead sales performance, onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly store execution, and personally sell to meet goals while fostering a high-performance culture.

You will travel across the Victoria area, conduct interviews, manage payroll, and ensure staffing levels align with business needs. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and consistent sales achievement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewer and coach; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Retail Sales Associates (RSAs); deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance, act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts when needed.
