Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations via story-telling, as a category advisor, not just a supplier.
• Expand distribution and market presence across retail and wholesale accounts.

• Prioritize high-impact opportunities using data and territory insights.
• Stay ahead of consumer, competitive, and industry trends.
• Translate insights into strategies that help customers win in their local markets.
• Bring forward proactive, forward-looking recommendations.
• Ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing to drive market share.
• Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance, measure impact, and refine strategies.
