The role requires analyzing sales data, using insights to shape category strategy, and leading customer conversations with a value-based selling approach. Travel 20-30% is required; a valid driver's license and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Deliver fact-based recommendations that improve category performance and shopper outcomes.
• Lead customer conversations via storytelling, as a category advisor, not just a supplier.
• Expand distribution, assortment, and shelf presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
• Execute new product launches with speed to market and aligned with consumer trends and retailer needs.
• Partner cross-functionally with distributors to ensure aligned execution.
• Ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing to drive market share.
