ADI Global Distribution seeks a high-performing Area Sales Manager to retain, grow and win B2B customers across Greater Manchester, with additional coverage across Belfast and surrounding areas. This role ideal for field sales professionals in security, AV, and related sectors, with a global distributor backing.

Qualifications

Proven field sales experience within B2B channels.
Experience managing a defined territory with revenue targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with travel and face-to-face customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Retain, grow and win B2B customers across Greater Manchester and Belfast.
Build lasting relationships with installers, integrators, electrical contractors and trade partners.
Act as trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned accounts.
Lead face-to-face visits to drive satisfaction and account growth.
Plan and execute sales campaigns and measure outcomes.
Provide product and market feedback to inform strategy.
