Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Account Manager to grow market share and secure long-term customer relationships in the security, AV and low-voltage marketplace. You will expand the customer base, educate on new product lines, and stay ahead of industry developments while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include strengthening existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and training customers to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security and fire.
• Proven track record selling in a security distribution model.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving history.
• Strong selling, negotiating and closing skills.
• Able to learn quickly, handle high call volume and think creatively.
• Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, independent with a team mindset, travel up to 75%.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by sales to convert prospects to ADI customers.
• Strengthen existing relationships; educate on new product lines and developments.
• Drive market intelligence, uncover growth opportunities, deliver sales wins.
• Maintain positive relationships within ADI to enable team selling and priority service.
