Job summary

Bison Innovative Products, a division of RPM International, seeks a Territory Manager to cover Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana & Alabama. The candidate can reside in Tampa, Orlando, or Atlanta and will travel extensively within the territory to promote products and build relationships with architects and contractors.

The role offers an uncapped commission plan, a company-funded pension, and growth opportunities in a dynamic market. Prior construction-related experience is valuable.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience required.
• General construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory weekly.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bison product lines and applications within the assigned territory.
• Lead sales, projects, and training activities with architects, owners, and contractors.
• Track leads, quotes, and data in Salesforce; provide regular reports to National Sales Manager.
• Support team members to ensure excellent customer service and meet goals.
