Job summary

Carazo Enterprise SL seeks a sales rep in Orlando to grow the Florida territory with hands-on, in-person engagement at cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers. You will own accounts, visit shops regularly, and present products with tastings to close deals.

The role requires 2+ years of B2B field sales, a strong network in the Florida market, and the ability to work as an independent contractor with a commission-based pay structure (retainer up to $1,500/month; 15–20% on all sales).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience.
• Experience with tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Based in or near Orlando, FL and own a car.
• Independent contractor role with commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

Part of Carazo Enterprise SL — a premium cigar distribution company operating since 2012 across 5 international hubs (Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, Costa Rica). We represent 30+ premium brands distributed across the EU, Latin America, and growing fast in the US market.We’re expanding in Florida and looking for the right sales reps in Orlando who know the market, own the relationships, and are ready to grow them.

This is not a training role. We need someone who can walk into a cigar shop, shake the right hand, and close.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and grow your territory across Orlando and the wider Florida market
• Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers
• Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management
• Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store
• Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity
• Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team
• 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience — physical products, face-to-face
• Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods
• Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Valid US driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Based in or near Orlando, FL
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay

Your retainer is up to USD 1,500/month. Your commission is 15–20% on everything you sell. Top performers here earn well above the retainer — your territory, your results, your income.
