Victaulic in Dallas, TX seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across mechanical pipe joining solutions in the commercial construction sector.

You’ll build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners, develop territory plans, present value-based solutions, and manage full sales cycles from pursuit to after-sale support. Overnight travel may be required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services preferred, especially in commercial construction or PVF/mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.

Responsabilités

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods to overcome customer objections.
• Develop territory business plans with goals and promotion plans.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception through final commissioning and after-sale follow-up.
