Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales in the fire alarm industry.
• Proven track record selling to General Contractors and electrical/public sector clients.
• Familiar with construction project lifecycle and bid processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop contractor relationships to promote Mann Fire’s safety solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, end-users, and government agencies.
• Monitor bid opportunities and pursue new business.
• Provide technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and estimating teams on proposals.
• Stay current with industry trends, code changes, and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to decision-makers.
• Manage and report sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM.
