Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow existing and new customer relationships within a designated territory. You will consult on life safety and security solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales targets across fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, and related systems.

The role requires coordination with internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality service and to pursue renewals, upgrades, and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer service within life safety, fire protection, or security industry preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.
• CRM tools and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding life safety and security needs.
• Develop account plans to grow key clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive inspections, service agreements, and system upgrade opportunities.
• Coordinate with installation, service and design teams to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
