Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Solutions Sales Representative for our life safety, security, and fire protection business. The Sales Rep’s focus will be on developing new opportunities via contractors and end-users by managing and growing the business through new construction, renovations, and retrofits within their assigned territory.

You’ll sell fire alarm systems, meet annual quotas, build market share, and develop customer relationships through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• Experience selling fire alarm systems to contractors and end users.
• NICET II certification in fire alarm systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel by air and/or ground overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell fire alarm and related systems to meet orders and margin goals.
• Achieve annual quota after ramp-up.
• Develop new market share with contractors and end-users.
• Demonstrate prospecting skills and build customer relationships.
• Maintain CRM and update records.
