Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to develop new leads and re-engage lost customers in the Pool/Landscape market.

You will communicate with customers, assess needs, and drive a smooth sales process using CRM tools and digital sales resources. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, handle outbound calls, support order processing, and contribute to revenue growth while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish preferred but not required.
• Problem-solving and strong customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational & time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to maximize sales.
• Support outside sales in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM.
• Drive sales growth with outbound calls and manage 15+ customers daily.
