Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a Territory Manager / Outside Sales expert to build and grow a defined territory in the Landscape/Turf sector. You will establish relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with inside sales and vendors to promote products and services.

The role emphasizes a self-motivated, results-driven culture, with a focus on expanding the customer base and driving sales in a multi-million-dollar territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling Landscape/Turf products in a B2B environment.
• Experience growing a multi-million dollar territory year-over-year.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Heritage Landscape Supply has an exciting opportunity as a Territory Manager / Outside Sales expert in the thriving Landscape/Turf industry. The role requires an ambitious self‑starter who can build meaningful business relationships with repeat customers and a robust pipeline of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the assigned territory.
• Establish and cultivate new and existing customer relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities within the local Landscape/Turf industry.
• Collaborate with inside sales support team and vendors to promote products and services.
• Learn and promote new products.
• Work with vendors on sales promotions and marketplace programs.
• Create and execute a detailed annual sales plan.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $37,500.00 – $75,000.00 annually. Salary may vary based on location, education, training, and/or experience. The position may include performance‑based bonus programs, commissions, profit‑sharing, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with the company travel policy.
