Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and expand market share in Wisconsin and Minnesota. You will use Continental’s distributor network to educate end users on engineered products and services.

The role requires 50% travel, a BA/BS in business or related field, and 2+ years of sales experience in an industrial setting. Travel, CRM proficiency, and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant Sales experience or 4+ years of Sales experience.
• Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working in an industrial setting.
• Experience with conducting presentations and customer meetings.
• Experience training customers and end users.
• Ability to use/learn CRM systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the Territory.
• Must be able to travel, with overnight stays, at least 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end users.
• Promote and sell engineered products and services through the distributor network.
• Train distributors and end users on new products and applications.
• Develop plans to meet with customers regularly and secure new business.
• Attend industry trade shows to promote products and services.
• Utilize data tools to manage territory activities and drive performance.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry standards.
• Operate in manufacturing environments and survey equipment for value-added solutions.
