Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Wisconsin and Minnesota to develop new business and grow market share through our Authorized Distributor Network.

You will educate distributors and end users on engineered products and applications while managing ongoing relationships. Required are a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 2+ years of sales experience (industrial preferred), strong presentation and CRM skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% with overnight

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant Sales experience (or 4+ years with a bachelor’s degree).
• Experience in an industrial setting and with end users/distributors.
• Ability to travel 50% with overnight stays.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end users.
• Promote and sell engineered products through the distributor network.
• Train distributors and end users on new products and applications.
• Develop plans to meet with customers and secure new business.
• Travel with overnight stays up to 50% and participate in trade shows.
