ContiTech is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Wisconsin and Minnesota to grow our industrial segment by expanding partnerships with distributors and end-users and by promoting Continental’s engineered products.

The role involves training partners, attending trade shows, and using Salesforce and CRM tools to manage the territory, with travel about 50% and a focus on profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience, or 4+ years without degree.
• Experience in industrial sales and distribution channels.
• Ability to travel 50%+ and work in a territory-based role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end-users to grow revenue and profitability.
• Promote and sell engineered products through Continental’s Authorized Distributor Network.
• Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications.
• Develop and implement plans to regularly meet customers and secure new business.
• Participate in industry trade shows and manage territory activities with CRM tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and provide value-added solutions.
