Job summary

ContiTech is seeking an OEM Sales Manager for the Industrial Solutions and Off-Highway Verticals within the CES Americas segment. The role covers existing and new customers across the full product portfolio, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate will manage regional responsibilities across Mid/Northeast states, lead negotiations, and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver solutions. Willingness to travel up to 50%+ is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field; 3+ years OEM sales in industrial/hydraulic hose market.
• Strong sales, CRM, and business development skills with proven revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships in industrial/off-highway markets.
• Excellent negotiation and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Travel up to 50%+ across the US; no visa sponsorship; no relocation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial representative for OEM customers within Industrial Solutions and Off-Highway markets in the Northeast region, handling pricing, contracts, forecasting, product introductions and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement account plans, territory strategies, and customer engagement plans to drive growth.
• Lead customer visits, product launches, demonstrations, and training to strengthen relationships and product adoption.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, and forecasts; collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
