Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Sales

Overview

We are seeking a goal-oriented, strategic sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for Industrial Sales. This role involves managing customer relationships, prospecting for new clients, and collaborating with our engineering department on custom applications within the territory of MN, IA, NE.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  2. Manage trade show contacts to generate sales growth.
  3. Proactively prospect for new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
  4. Collaborate with engineering on custom applications.
  5. Work autonomously from your home office and in the field, with support from headquarters.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and cognitive reasoning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Clean driving record.
