Responsibilities
  1. Lead and motivate a team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  2. Manage trade show contacts and generate sales growth.
  3. Proactively prospect for new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
  4. Collaborate with engineering on custom applications within your territory.
  5. Operate with support from headquarters while enjoying the freedom to pursue your goals remotely and in the field.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and cognitive reasoning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Clean driving record.
