Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our Amarillo branch operations, remotely but local to Amarillo, TX.

The role focuses on growing a base of dealers, delivering product knowledge, and driving profitable sales in the HVAC market. You will manage ~50 dealers, sign new ones, promote product launches and programs, maintain CRM calls, and collaborate with branch teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within HVAC.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and grow a dealer base of ~50 dealers.
• Sign-up dealers within territory.
• Build sales through active communication about product launches, services and programs.
• Maintain revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain CRM call history.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to increase sales within branches.
• Develop remedial action plans weekly to meet targets.
• Be the channel expert on product features and guidelines.
• Ensure accounts have all required policy info (promotions, launches, billing, returns).
• Reach out to customers to gauge satisfaction with products/services.
• Monitor competitive activity and trends in territory.
• Expand knowledge of product features.
• Follow work instructions and company policies.
• Perform additional projects as needed.
