Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager for its Amarillo, TX location. You will lead a 3–6 person team, drive sales under $5 million, and ensure customer service, profitability, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities include staff oversight, staffing, scheduling, and maintaining inventories and financial records. You will coach staff, develop talent, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and reporting standards while collaborating with the Regional Operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
• HVAC wholesale experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Review hours, PTO, and payroll using Kronos or equivalent.
• Maintain branch profitability, inventory, and cash controls.
• Coach and develop staff; enforce safety and compliance policies.
• Manage customer relationships and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare reports for Regional Operations Manager and leadership.
• Ensure branch safety, audits, and cycle counts meet targets.
