Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional Branch Manager for our Allen, TX location. You will oversee branch operations, staff, sales under $50 million, customer service, profitability, and loss prevention, driving growth and market share through effective sales management.

Strong leadership and HVAC knowledge are essential. The role requires maintaining records, coordinating with Credit and Corporate teams, and ensuring safety, compliance, and performance targets

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge strongly preferred or ability to quickly learn HVAC products/parts.
• P&L understanding and experience managing branch profitability.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience in a retail/hvac environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations, staffing, hours, and PTO using Kronos.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain sales, credits, inventory, and cash reconciliations; enter sales calls in CRM.
• Coach and mentor staff; drive safety and performance; collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions.
• Develop plans to improve profitability and productivity; manage branch payables and PO process.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet delivery and service expectations; monitor warranty processing.
• Oversee branch and warehouse appearance, security, and safety; produce timely reports for ROM.
• Lead quarterly and annual performance appraisals and ensure training completion.
