Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in the Orlando, FL area is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow a volume-driven dealer base and expand revenue. You will sign up dealers, promote COD products, and maintain CRM call histories while collaborating with branch teams.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably HVAC, with strong communication skills and the ability to read construction drawings. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC products, services, customers, and market trends.
• Ability to read construction documents and drawings/plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, maintain, develop and grow a dealer base.
• Target and sign-up dealers within territory.
• Build sales through communication about new products, services and discounts.
• Maintain sales revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain an accurate call history in CRM.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to grow sales within branches.
• Develop remedial action plans to meet sales targets weekly.
• Be the channel expert on product features and guidelines.
• Ensure accounts have required information on promotions, billing, etc.
• Reach out to customers to assess satisfaction and monitor competition.
