Do it Best Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow market share among member-owners and enhance their experience with the cooperative. You will leverage product knowledge, promotions, and programs to add value in every interaction and drive sales in the Louisville and Southern Indiana territory.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing/business or related field, and readiness to travel up to 75%.

• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the territory to sell member-owners programs, services, and promotional products.
• Work with member-owners to implement best practices in their retail locations.
• Coordinate with corporate office to address members’ needs.
• Prospect within the territory to recruit new independent home improvement retailers.
• Assist members plan for major in-store events to drive consumer traffic.
