Job summary

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover the Western Kentucky region. You will work independently, manage existing accounts, and pursue growth opportunities to expand the customer base while delivering reliable service.

The role offers a base salary with quarterly commissions, an automotive allowance, and a strong onboarding/training program. Ideal candidates have outside sales experience in woodworking or distribution and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of demonstrated outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover the Western Kentucky region as Outside Sales Territory Manager.
• Grow sales and inherit hundreds of active customers within the territory.
• Manage current customer accounts and expand the territory over time.
• Work independently, treat the territory as your own business, and communicate effectively with customers.
