Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Territory: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia

Insight Global is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our client remotely in the North East Region on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will require 50%-75% of travel within your territory and will focus on the sales of flooring products, specifically a tile leveling system for ceramic floor installation, with a target client base within the construction industry. The ideal candidates should have experience in the construction industry, preferably flooring, and will be working as the key point of contact within your given territory. You will be responsible for generating new leads of various construction and flooring companies, actively reaching out to those leads to schedule introductory meetings, and then fostering that relationship through the sales cycle. While the role is remote, the team works very collaboratively, and you will be provided sufficient training to fully understand the products you are selling. The successful candidate should have a track record of successful sales and be a strong written and verbal communicator.

Must Haves
  1. 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
  2. Experience maintaining a high-level of service to existing customers by managing the customer relationship
  3. Ability to generate leads and set introductory meetings
  4. Experience maintaining weekly sales KPI metrics
Plusses
  1. Experience working with Salesforce CRM, or an alternative CRM software
  2. Sales experience within the ceramic flooring industry
Compensation:

$70k-$75k/yr base salary plus 10% commission (Year-2 = 100% Commission)
