As a Regional Sales Manager(RSM) for Watkins Wellness, you will provide consultative support to our Specialty retail dealer channels within a designated territory, by offering sales and marketing training to enhance their efforts as a spa retailer, and proactively selling Watkins Wellness’ spa and accessory products through our dealer channel. You will have a direct impact on our business as it relates to the sales of our leading spa and aquatic fitness products such as Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Freeflow Spas, Fantasy Spas and Endless Pools.
The assigned region for this position includes California and Arizona. The ideal candidate will reside anywhere within the region provided there is reasonable access to various locations within.

Hiring Range: $70,700.00 - $110,990.00.
