Are you a seasoned B2B sales professional with a passion for solar energy? We’re looking for a Solar Sales Manager to lead direct panel sales to EPCs, solar developers, distributors, and installers. This is your chance to join a fast-growing team focused on premium PV module solutions for residential, commercial, and utility-scale markets.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales growth by executing strategic plans and surpassing revenue goals.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with EPCs, developers, distributors, and installers.
• Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract execution.
• Provide market intelligence to help shape product and service offerings.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and post-sale support.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of successful B2B solar sales experience (manufacturer or distributor preferred).
• Deep knowledge of PV technologies and the solar project development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% within North America.

Bonus Points If You Have

• A strong existing network in the solar EPC/developer/distributor space.
• A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency with solar specs and market dynamics.
