Independent Territory Sales Manager (1099)

Location: Remote / Territory-Based

Position Type: Commission-Based Independent Contractor

Position Overview:

Renuology is seeking experienced and highly motivated Independent Sales Representatives with an established book of business in the Health & Wellness space. Ideal candidates already have strong relationships with wellness clinics, IV therapy centers, HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) facilities, weight loss practices, med spas, and integrative medical professionals. This role is ideal for sales leaders who are passionate about wellness, confident in scientific discussions, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Renuology product line to health-focused B2B clients including integrative clinics, wellness centers, med spas, and performance facilities.
  • Manage and grow a territory by maintaining existing accounts and actively developing new relationships.
  • Educate potential partners on the science, benefits, and differentiation of the Renuology product line.
  • Coordinate product demos, webinars, and training to onboard new accounts.
  • Maintain communication with internal Renuology support teams to provide client feedback, manage inventory needs, and report on pipeline activity.
  • Attend relevant trade shows, wellness events, and networking opportunities (optional but encouraged).

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3+ years of experience in supplement, health & wellness, or pharmaceutical sales
  • An active network in one or more of the following: hormone clinics, IV therapy practices, wellness centers, concierge medicine, or functional medicine practices
  • A proven track record of B2B sales success
  • Strong communication, self-management, and entrepreneurial drive
  • Comfort discussing health topics, clinical efficacy, and supplement science with healthcare professionals
  • Innovative and differentiated product line designed by industry veterans
