Swisher seeks a Territory Sales Manager to support Shreveport, LA and surrounding markets. The role uses data-driven selling to influence customer decisions, drive distribution, and grow market share through analytics and proactive recommendations.

You will build strong partnerships with retailers and distributors, execute product launches, and ensure in-store excellence with CRM tracking and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail, or distributor environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth Through Solution Selling: analyze data, insights and trends to uncover growth opportunities and provide fact-based recommendations.
• Expand Distribution & Market Presence: increase points of distribution, assortment, and shelf presence; launch new products.
• Leverage Market & Consumer Intelligence: stay ahead of trends and translate insights into strategies for customers to win locally.
• Build Strong Customer Partnerships: develop relationships with key decision-makers using data storytelling and value-based selling.
• Execute with Excellence: ensure best-in-class in-store execution of merchandising, promotions, and pricing; track performance with CRM analytics.
