Job summary

Central Insurance Company in Tennessee is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage your assigned territory, build and maintain strong agency relationships, and meet premium objectives. You will create strategic marketing plans, drive submission activity, and use data to guide agency behavior to grow profitable business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and Commercial Underwriting with a Property & Casualty Company or related degree.
• Experience working with Independent Insurance Agents.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic marketing plans for your territory to drive profitable premium and policy growth.
• Develop the sales pipeline and drive submission activity to meet budget targets.
• Utilize PowerBI data to understand results and influence agency quote behavior.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with agents, underwriting, claims, and home office teams.
• Provide ongoing training to agency partners on programs, products, and systems.
• Monitor the insurance market and trends affecting the territory and agency activity.
