Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Warminster area to drive growth in windows and siding products. You will manage key accounts, develop new business, and provide exceptional customer service with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused
• CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Travel 70% of the week within the region
• Experience in building materials industry highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales, account planning, forecasting, and reporting for assigned accounts
• Develop and maintain target accounts; drive sales growth
• Identify opportunities by understanding customer objectives and requirements
• Acquire new customers to maximize revenue
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues with primary contact
• Collaborate with supply center and corporate resources to enter and fulfill orders
• Mentor other sales representatives
• Demonstrate core products to audiences; read blueprints; understand market pricing
