Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a district sales team in a hybrid role across the Portland, OR area. You will recruit, train, and develop sales professionals while expanding the territory and relationships with customers.

The role targets meeting or exceeding sales quotas through our established programs. The position offers a first-year compensation range of $70,000–$100,000 with benefits including health, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401k, and a deferred

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to travel within assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance.
• Experience building and leading a sales team in a distributed territory.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent to build a successful team.
• Develop sales associates to grow knowledge and earnings.
• Cultivate relationships with customers in the territory.
• Plan weekly to prioritize stops and territory growth.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using proven programs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
