Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the geographic area while maintaining required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: Attract various levels of sales talent to the organization to build a team of successful individuals.
• Develop Sales Associates: Develop sales associates to increase their knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven sales programs and processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems and report cost-savings to customers in the field.
