Kimball Midwest is seeking a District Sales Manager for a hybrid role to lead a team of sales professionals and grow the territory. You will hire, train, and coach field representatives to achieve annual sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position emphasizes recruiting, talent development, relationship building with customers, and disciplined planning to drive market expansion and profitability across the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring, training and managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to move to and from customer/associate locations within geographic area while maintaining required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: Attract various levels of sales talent to build a team of successful individuals.
• Develop Sales Associates: Develop sales associates to increase knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in designated territory to understand their business needs.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our training programs and processes.
