Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Manager (Hybrid) to lead a district sales team, hire and develop sales professionals, and grow the designated territory. The role emphasizes Relationship Management, Planning & Priority Setting, and achieving sales goals through our proven programs; reporting activities and cost-savings communication with customers.

Compensation includes a first-year plan of $70,000 to $100,000 and a benefits package with medical, dental, life, disability, 401k and deferred

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to move to and from customer/associates' locations within the geographic area of responsibility while maintaining required insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: attract various levels of sales talent to build a successful team.
• Develop Sales Associates: grow knowledge, experience, and earnings year over year.
• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas using our training programs and processes.
