Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new business, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to maintain detailed sales records and generate reports, tracking key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, providing leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
