Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless project execution, maintain accurate sales records, and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions, tracking interactions in Salesforce.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent, driven, and customer-focused.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, experienced with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting or relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles; leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Solution-selling approach preferred.
