Wenger Corporation is actively seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in or near Missouri. In this role, you will contribute to Wenger's strategy by proactively pursuing sales opportunities within a designated territory, working directly with key customers such as District Administrators, End Users, Architects, General Contractors, and Construction Managers to maximize sales in new construction, renovation, and existing facilities. The territory includes Missouri and surrounding areas.

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree; relevant industry experience or skills may substitute.
  • Proven success in sales.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, with the ability to plan and execute sales strategies independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely from a home office.
  • Effective in dealing professionally with diverse people and situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; Salesforce preferred.
  • Experienced in group presentations.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your typical day may include:

  • Managing the territory using Salesforce with timely updates.
  • Planning and coordinating sales trips to maximize results.
  • Consulting with customers to identify solutions and optimize designs.
  • Reviewing bid documents.
  • Managing the sales process for projects and opportunities, ensuring effective communication.
  • Selling products at established pricing and margins.
  • Developing and executing KPI-driven business plans.
  • Certifying and presenting company-developed AIA courses.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, markets, and competitors.
  • Driving new business development and strategic product launches.
  • Coordinating sales efforts across departments.
  • Building and maintaining a qualified contacts database.
  • Providing feedback to management on products, programs, and pricing.
